Mindfulness isn’t just for adults anymore! Children experience their fair share of stress and anxiety too. It makes complete sense that kids could/should learn how create a mindful practice of their own. Today’s guest, Liz Rutledge has spent years teaching mindfulness to school age kids and shares the benefits she has seen it have. It’s not just a concept, mindfulness is becoming more and more about self, family, community, and ultimately the mindful sustainability of our planet.
