Step 1: Get Clear
I’ll send you a comprehensive health inventory to help you get clear about where you’ve been and where you’d like to go. You’ll align with your most important health priorities and get clear as to what dimension of your health needs the most attention, which will set us up for:
Step 2: Coaching and Strategy
In a 75-minute call, we’ll review your health inventory and talk about what you’ve tried already, and what you have yet to explore. We’ll pan back and get a sense of what’s out of balance in the ecosystem that is you, and strategize as to how to re-establish balance. You’ll receive personalized lifestyle and diet counseling, herbal recommendations, breath and movement practices, coaching on how to unhook for the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
Step 3: Integration
You’ll emerge with an Implementation Plan: three to five concrete, specific things you can put into practice immediately to step into the most confident, thriving, radiant version of you. If you want could use ongoing support and accountability, we can talk about what it would look like to keep working together. Or you can take the baton and run with it by yourself.
